New phase Natal Airport

On February 19, 2024, Zurich Airport Brasil began operating Natal International Airport, the first aerodrome to participate in a re-tender in Brazil. The new concessionaire owns 100% of the airport - which currently has capacity for up to 6,5 million passengers per year - and will operate it until 2054. Zurich Airport won the concession on May 19, 2023, with a bid of R $320 million, an amount already paid by the Swiss group.
